1) Performance in CQ is fine on my laptop (ATI Radeon HD4600 mobility, turion64x2, 4GB RAM), and I fully expect it to run silky smooth on my desktop, but won't know until I get back from this deployment at the end of the year.
2) When changing graphics settings while docked, the character model (except for my hair) disappears and doesn't return until I change session.
3) Especially until you improve optimization, the in-space and in-station graphics settings _must_ be separately configurable. Though I think it should stay after you improve performance as well. Rendering space with very little to render is easy, rendering a fully 3d environment is not. The main reason you've been able to keep EVE as the best MMO (and one of the best overall) graphically is the fact that space is (in comparison) easy since there's very little (comparatively) to be rendered.
4) Replace the new static backdrop when you disable station environment with the old static backdrop. The new one serves no purpose other than showing off Incarna, and it does **** off the people that hate Incarna (100% of which have no legitimate reasons to hate it other than removing the old station environment.) This solution also has a practical effect, as without the holo on my desk in CQ, or on the balcony, it's not immediately obvious what ship is currently active. Easy enough to just open the fitting window to check, but still. You already created the assets, let the people that don't want CQ keep the old static station screen; doing this makes everyone win, and choice is always good when it costs you nothing.
5) Lighting on minimum graphics settings is very dark and difficult to see, but maxed out looks amazing. Will have to do some investigating to figure out which specific setting makes the difference, but it's difficult because this laptop is very low quality (1-3FPS when I maxed it for a moment just to see how it looked, heh).
6) Let us lay down on the bed in the CQ.
7) Move the undock button to being the pod itself (it makes more sense, especially if you aren't going to show us an animation of entering it and it closing; I would love that to be animated, but skippable, by the way).
8) Though I'm sure you've already thought of it, I'd love to watch the live stream of the next tournament, and fanfest talks, on the main display (TV) in the CQ.
9) Allow right-click-to-zoom on the main screen (TV). All well and good seeing the whole environment, but when I'm actually trying to read what's up on the screen, it'd be nice to be able to zoom in.
10) Make the main display (TV) interactive, letting us choose the various feeds (corp ads, in-character news, incursions, etc.). I understand if this will take time, as you'll likely need to create additional content to permit it.
11) Allow inviting your mates into your personal quarters.
12) As has been stated repeatedly, the prices on the Noble Exchange are absolutely absurd. Even if they were not items like any other in the game (i.e. they're unique to that station unless you move them, and they're lost on death), the prices would still be far too high. The fact that they _are_ behaving like any other item makes the prices even more absurd. As others have mentioned, bring the prices in-line with other similar services such as PlayStation Home or X-Box Live, where individual items are between US$0,25 and US$0,99, and US$5,00-10,00 for full sets. PlayStation Home is probably perfect, as it's _exactly_ the type of content you're looking to offer here (clothing and accessories, and items -- some of which are interactive or allow displaying of custom photos on the wall -- to decorate your personal area with), and their pricing model and offerings do quite well. I'm pretty cheap when it comes to throwing money at stuff like that, and I've still dropped quite a bit on PlayStation Home items, just because they were cool, but _reasonably_ priced. I'm with others assuming a decimal was misplaced on the price.
